Functions of the Council

(1) Approval of development proposals/ projects and estimates of the transferred subject. (2) Preparation and updation of the five-year and annual development plan and plan book of the Council. (3) To review, monitor and evaluate the monthly progress of all kinds of development works implemented by the funds of the Council.
